Great location as it's near a beautiful temple garden and around 100 other temples and traditional inns in Japan, plus close to the mountains. Stayed in a family room that had central heating and a TV! 🌟

I recommend this place and will be returning here soon. the location of the hotel is stunning, close enough to ryokan in Japan, the Kobodaishi Gobyo shrine, and the mountain. They have plenty of meals to choose from, the food is outstanding.

The newly constructed residential area is pristine and spotlessly clean, with beautifully designed rooms and comfortable beds. the staff is friendly, accommodating, and goes out of their way to make guests feel welcome. the traditional Shoujin-ryori breakfast is delicious and well explained. Guests can also enjoy the calming atmosphere and rejuvenating onsen facilities.
Communal meals, to encourage fraternization between travelers, would have been preferred instead of meals served in individual rooms.

Thank you for an excellent stay for one night. the location is great and beautiful, 1 mile from an ecclesiastic head temple. - It's a short walk to other temples, like the neighbouring Ekoin, as well as the gorgeous cemetery of Koyasan.

The communal baths were relaxing and the morning ritual without photos was a nice touch. I highly recommend this temple for a unique and unforgettable experience.
